This policy explains what information Norenmark collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Norenmark, operated by AI Quantum Ventures LLC, including our website, application forms, partner dashboards, and the platforms we host for partners. Where a partner uses our software to serve their own customers under their own brand, that partner is the controller of their customer data and we act as their service provider.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, business name, website, billing details, application answers, support messages, and any files or screenshots you upload.
Information we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, referral or partner codes, and interaction events such as clicks and form submissions. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: payment status and billing metadata from our payment processor, email delivery and engagement events from our email provider, and authentication details when you sign in through a connected identity provider.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, review applications, provision and operate platforms, process payments, provide support, send transactional and service messages, measure and improve our products and marketing, detect fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. With your consent, or where otherwise permitted, we send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the services you signed up for), legitimate interests (product improvement, security, and fraud prevention), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
5. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and analytics cookies to understand how our pages perform. Partners may add their own tracking pixels (for example Meta, Google Analytics, or TikTok) to pages they control; those tools are governed by the relevant provider's policy and the partner's own privacy notice. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. How we share information
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including hosting and database providers, payment processors, email delivery providers, analytics tools, and AI providers used to power in-product features. We also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
7. AI features
Some features send content you enter (for example draft marketing copy) to third-party AI providers to generate a response. We do not send payment credentials to these providers, and we instruct them not to use your content to train their models where that option is available.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Application records and analytics events are retained in aggregate or de-identified form for product measurement.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level authorization on our databases, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process data there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers out of your region.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@norenmark.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
12. Children
The services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@norenmark.com and we will delete it.
13. Partner-controlled data
If you are a customer of one of our partners, direct requests about your data to that partner first. We will assist them in responding as their service provider.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes take effect when we post the updated policy with a new effective date, and we will provide additional notice where required.
